FULL APPRAISAL

We walk-through and photo your entire home - every room, basement and attic. With our first hand data, we can find the most similar sales to compare to your property.  You get a thorough appraisal report with all of the information you need!

DRIVE-BY

Also, known as an "Exterior-only" report, we just drive by the property and take a few exterior photos. Public records, MLS data, and prior appraisals are the primary data sources. The report is not as reliable as full appraisal, but close!

DESKTOP

We gather information from our office through phone calls, email, internet and computer files. The report is streamlined and only appropriate for specific circumstances.

REVIEW/CONSULTING

We also perform quality reviews of appraisal reports completed by other appraisers.  Or maybe you want to know if an addition or other renovation project will actually add value to your home; give us a call!
